We had a great experience at Resolutions. Our counselor was kind, caring, and helpful. We benefitted greatly from the family therapy and appreciated the fact that they took our insurance. It was definitely worthwhile!

Brought my son there and it was a horrible experience. The counselor who we saw did not help at all. Every time I raised a question I would get interrupted and would never answer me. They were very unhelpful with what they were trying to do. They only focused on one thing that was not really the issue. Also every time we went she had another thing to say what was wrong but never touched on the real problems. They pretty much let him play for the hour and that was it. No real help.
