Shay Rodriguez sent no notification for cancelling our appointment, which I waited 45 minutes for. They utilize an online portal, which I checked daily. She left no note there, no message, nothing except the CONFIRMATION of our appointment. The office refuses to call me back. I tried rescheduling on the portal and it was rejected. Update and response: Melissa, this was while you were seeing clients, and just now I am building up the courage to bring this up. Everything is documented, and it will be shown before a board soon enough. This was dereliction, and worth more than your copy and paste. Olga is an answer to my prayers! God bless her! She is sensitive and compassionate. She "sees" me exactly how and where I am, without any judgment. She helps me to slowly see and accept myself in the present -- where I am now -- while at the same time, helping me in specific, concrete ways to work on areas that I actually under my control to change.
