Andrea is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with. I know finding a good therapist is trial and error, but I knew she was great after the first session. She applies clinical knowledge and expertise to every situation. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and understood. She always has a coping mechanism for each discussed issue. This counseling center is a scam. Allow me to share my experience. I was told my sessions would be completely covered by insurance, and I was even given invoices saying each appointment was free of charge. one month into my treatment they realized they messed up with the inputting my insurance information. Instead of approaching me to correct THEIR mistake, they took $500 out of my account on the card that they said would not be used for appointment fees, and took an entire week after doing so to reach out to me (even when b... read more
