I strongly do not recommend this place. They seem to rent to just about anyone without properly screening tenants, and as a result, the building has attracted all kinds of problem residents. Neighbors regularly get drunk and scream late into the night. One elderly tenant smokes inside his apartment, and the cigarette smell spreads into neighboring units. Management doesn't seem to care. Some tenants even leave bags of garbage and dirty diapers in the hallways instead of keeping them inside their apartments until disposal. Th... read more
