My provider, who I see virtually, is fantastic and we work well together, which is the only reason for two stars and not one. This physical location is NOT accessible to folks who use mobility devices. It is NOT wheelchair accessible at all, despite what the description says. There is a small ramp to the back door, which is not the main entrance. It goes to the staff break room, and when I dared to use the only accessible door, I got some not so friendly looks from everyone there. Wheelchairs have to cross grass to get to th... read more
