I agree with the order post about the illegal activities involved in this place. ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES NEED TO BE CALLED. They said I was cool after a thorough investigation prompted by a long term problematic employee.

Excessive amount of Adult Protective Services reports. The current Executive Director said abuse and neglect was okay due to short staffing.

3 goes to the clients as I feel this business itself deserves maybe a 1/2 star. The residents suffer due to this company. Lack of training in working with the clients, expected to handle wheelchair clients alone when some need 2 staff, severely under staffed and employees expected to work non stop. Constantly in troble for doing things wrong when company and managers fail proper training. Managers will say information on residents is not relevant ans just say blah blah blah during a meeting. I currently work for RSS at the Westchester home I've been here almost 2 months and from what I see they let there staff do whatever they want I had voiced a few concerns about another staff member now it seems like there nitpicking everything I do not to mention I've had no real training since I started every person was sleeping during my training even the manager everything was hear say training no hands on whatsoever and it's really discouraging because I enjoy the job.
