I had to take this company to court for not returning my security deposit. When the summons was delivered to their headquarters, they actually ignored the person who delivered it. This is a truly horrendous company - please, if you're living in Philadelphia attempt to find an independent landlord that will not screw you over, and avoid big companies.
One of the worst Property Management {also known as Watch Tower Co. and Landreth Management} companies to be involved with. The management team does not answer phone calls, it only gets redirected to another voicemail. Promises were made upon initial signing date of property to fix property and there has to be at least 5 attempts per incident to get maintenance for help. These guys are slum lords. They are currently using a scare tactic of eviction to all of the tenant at Center Post Village (a HUB property). They send letters telling them they owe back rent, and then even if you are paying the back rent, and more, they send you an eviction letter. The property office is only open on Monday and the office manager is never there. When you call them, you will only get a voice mail, and no one returns the call. I totally agree with every review of one star (wish there was a zero star rating!). Unprofessional, incompetent and completely uncaring about the needs of their tenants especially when it comes to safety. Building once designated for seniors now has transient formally homeless population mixed in. Management on site once a week only. Had packages stolen.
