If I could give no star I would. Refuse to do showers on patients with very little excuse they do not have their heart in the care and wanna try
Have been the best Home Health skilled care my dad has worked with. Our experience has been since 2017 in the Springfield area, with the last 20 months being cared for by Residential. Brian has been his PT the entire time, when needed. That consistency is very healthy and not industry norm. All of the Therapists, Nurses have been very caring.
This hospice care team has not given the care I expected nor have seen from other hospice providers. We have ran out of meds, never get the supplies in a timely manner. The nurse doesn’t come and visit as she should. Usually in and out within 10-15 min. Just seem as if they do not care
Jennifer was so caring and awesome with my mom. Was very gentle. Did a great job at cleaning her from head to toe! Joetta is staying right on top of my moms pain management.Very caring! I appreciate you both!
