TyShawn was awesome...a tru professional! The complimentary Shock Top beer, wine, Johnny’s Pizza, pool, and jacuzzi hit the spot after being on the road for 9 hours. Best Residence Inn seen to date!
We had to evacuate from Florida and this hotel took my family and our 3dog and cat with open arms have been very kind and helpful with everything nice people and great hotel couldn't have a better hotel and stuff
I had my sons sleepover here in one of the suites and it was absolutely amazing! Very clean! Staff were very courteous from the housekeeping staff all the way to the managers. We will definitely book again! Thank you! We stayed 06/17/2017.
This was the worst hotel stay in years They had several high school boys there fore a basketball tournament. They were up running the halls and messing around all night. No one enforced hotel rules and I was on a ful two day drive needless to say I slept on and off all night and maybe was able to sleep 2 2.5 hours the whole night before a 12 hr drive. The worst thing is they charge me $207 for a crappy breakfast they don't seem to refill at 815 am. NEVER GO HERE
The staff were very friendly and used my name on several occasions. The room was very conveniently located for easy access for Connie to complete her business.
