My wife and I recently toured The Residences On The Avenue with Shayla from Sales and Marketing. The building was impeccable, and the tour was first rate. Shayla was responsive, professional, informative, and very efficient. She expedited the application process for us, and everything so far has been seamless. Thx Shayla!!!
Perfect location and the team is fabulous.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. All the appliances and furniture were brand new, the waste disposal system was remarkably efficient, and having access to a great on-site gym was a real plus. The location is also excellent, with Whole Foods Market right downstairs, which makes everyday life very convenient. I had an amazing tour with Shayla Henry. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personalized rather than rushed. As someone new to the area, I really appreciated how well she knew the neighborhood. It made a great impression. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I will definitely circle back closer to my move-in date.
These apartments are centrally located to the G.W.U. Campus. Given that there are dormitories just across the street, they do pale in comparison to the newer, more posh Avenue.
