Very happy living here! Sam in the leasing office was very helpful when signing and moving in. She continues to be helpful and a pleasure to work with. Apartment itself, amenities, and location are all wonderful as well.

Do not move here. I was basically paying over $1700 a month for a small studio apartment with old beat up appliances. Management doesn't seem to care about securing the building. I was constantly getting my packages stolen and also felt that security for the building was simply not up to par for being located so close to downtown. MOVE Here if you want your packages stolen, car broken into and for homeless people to have unlimited access into the building. The upkeep of the parking garage that allows anyone into the building is absolutely insane to me. the leasing agents act like they have no idea about it. IF you are touring the apartment complex notice how many ring door bell camera are in the hall ways. Its because so many peopl... read more

☆☆ This is my second time living at Saltillo. I first lived here in 2019 when the building was brand new, and I had a great experience. The staff was responsive, the property was well maintained, and I really liked the larger floor plan units. I moved back about eight months ago, and while there are still things I enjoy, the experience hasn’t been quite the same. I do want to give a huge shout-out to Sam in the leasing office. She has been nothing but wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and genuinely invested ... read more
