In all my years of renting, this probably has been the best and most customer-friendly place I’ve rented in. To the point that I have actually re-leased with them. Extremely customer-centric. We recently moved from one unit to another in the same building, and I cannot express enough how incredible the management team is here. Specifically, the manager, Ravi. I had been struggling with noise issues from the floor above for several months. Ravi didn’t just offer "lip service"; he took action. He was professional, polite, and highly efficient in coordinating floorboard inspections and carpet upgrades to try and solve the problem. Living here for one and half year, referred two of my friends here, and just renewed my lease recently. Ravi is the big reason that I’d love to stay longer. He is the BEST leasing office people I’ve ever seen with extraordinary professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to help me solve the water bill issues and provided in time help. I recently toured and applied for a unit in Residences at Malden Station. While I didn't end up moving forward with my lease (reasons unrelated to the building), I wanted to highlight how great Ravi was during my application process. He provided a thorough tour of the building on short notice, took time to answer all my questions, and generally was incredibly helpful. Ravi's kindness and thoughtfulness came through throughout the entire process!
