This place is an absolute gem. Amazing location with the orange line a 2 min walk away and great restaurants nearby. Place is always clean and every staff member is friendly and helpful. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. We’ve only ever had very minor maintenance issues and they’re fixed within a day by Bruce and/or other members of the awesome maintenance team. 5 stars all around.
I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience in general. I hope everyone can find a place that suits them the best. 1. Maintenance: Bruce and his team have consistently done an excellent job. They are always responsive, and most maintenance requests are resolved within 36 hours. 2. I've been living at RAMS for four years and have had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The T station is right next to the building, making it ideal for commuters. The apartments are clean and spacious, and the large windows are one of my favorite features.
