I love living here. The location is fantastic. You are right above the metro and can get most anywhere in DC in 30 minutes or less. My favorite Smithsonian is the Portrait Gallery, which is right across the street, and I visit it almost weekly. Also, the MLK library is so great now that it has been renovated. You can even co-work, print for free, reserve meeting rooms and use the well-equipped maker space. The building is well run, and the concierge staff is fantastic. I personally love living here because of the location. It is literally right next to the metro station as well as a ton of bars, restaurants, and of course, the Capitol One arena! There’s actually an inside route into the arena so if it’s raining or snowing and you want to see a movie or concert or hockey game, you don’t have to go outside! Wonderful building with amenities next to the metro and Capital One arena with hundreds of restaurants and shops in walking distance . You can walk to the museums, government buildings, monuments, etc. Fantastic location . Best in DC !
