We were told when we reserved the room that there would be an incidental charge of $24 a night. instead they charged $250. My family and i get together every year to Christmas shop. They wiped out my bank account so I couldn't do that. My daughter ran to the bathroom when we got there and there was urine on the toilet seat. The trash can looked like someone had puked I'm it and there was mildew in the toilet and shower. Worst experience ever!

This is something we require of all transient guests. The $20 incidental fee is the standard amount that is held throughout the week. Room was clean, comfortable and inviting . Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Front desk and GM were pleasant, kind and had positive interactions whenever we walked through the lobby. Loved how this hotel is so close to area shopping and dining.
Dog friendly hotel, attached to mall
We have stayed at this hotel many times and always had a good experience. However, the last time we stayed we found a bed bug on the pull out couch in room 218. We still had to get all of our stuff together and out of there which took awhile. They said they would take care of eradicating the bugs from that room. We stayed Jan 25-26 2020. We were refunded for our stay. I am just writing this as a warning to others. We have had many other stays without an issue.
I am so impressed with this beautiful hotel and the kindness and care of the staff. We had to fly to Niles for a family emergency from the UK and arrived at the Residence Inn to find we had the equivilent of an apartment, complete with a kitchen and living area. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful to is, the pool and hot tub were lush, and the breakfast amenities were wonderful. I cannot rate it high enough.
