My husband and I travel a lot, so we know what the hotel service is. But we never had such a bad experience as at Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Central. First of all the cleaning seems to be absolutely not carrying about the work they do. After one of their visits our full glasses of wine was empty and one of our really valuable item was missing. This place was amazing. Totally exceeded my expectations in terms of room. Full kitchen and upstairs full bedroom and bath. Wow a great place to stay for an extended period of time. Breakfast was also awesome.
The trip is ending here in San Diego after 5 weeks. I just wanted to say how accommodating the staff here is! From cleaning, to helping me with my husbands birthday to the amazing breakfast and social hours! I will miss this little home away from home. This place lands on top because of the amazing customer service! Love love love!

The studio 1BR on top floor was a nice floor plan and a nice place to “land” for a few nights after driving across country from Atlanta to San Diego. While the property and unit were a bit dated, I enjoyed my stay there. The only negative in my opinion was the lack of convenient parking spaces; and they all felt like smaller scale rather than a user-friendly sized parking space.
