RecommendedThis was not a leisure stay we needed to be close to the cancer hospital. The staff are all friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The two queen bedroom was great, sofa also turns into a sleeper. Two tvs, living room, dinning table, desk, full size fridge, small stove, microwave, dishwasher. Lounge has fireplace, they hold mixers for their guest. Great pool. Access to fwy great. Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
Paid over 140 for a room with absolutely no parking. The only employee on staff said we should park in front of the Dairy Queen across the street- would you do that after paying that much for a room? Witnessed new customers arrive with no where to park. No manager on duty- only employee must have worked in the laundry room because she had no clue what to tell us when we complained about lack of parking. We come to the valley often but will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The rooms are also dingy and staff are not very polite... read more
This hotel is so relaxing and calming. The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out in or reading a book. Great for families to sit around spending time together. The rooms are big, every amenity you could ask for with unbelievably comfortable beds and always so clean. As if that wasn't enough, their staff is so friendly and every single member of their staff will go out of their way to accommodate anything you need. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area.
