Spacious, Convenient, and Great for Longer Stays Great hotel just minutes from LAX with a free airport shuttle that runs 24/7. The rooms are huge, with full kitchens and comfy beds, perfect for families or long stays. The breakfast buffet is solid, and there are food options like Starbucks and pizza on-site. Staff is friendly, and the outdoor pool and gym are nice extras. My only complaints are the high parking fee (around \$50/night) and a bit of noise if your room faces the runway. I called the day before from the cruise ship to ask if early check in was possible and was encouraged to come to the hotel because it would likely be no problem. Thankfully our original plans changed and we ended up showing up only 1 hour early instead of the 5 that we were going to because they refused to let us check in unless we paid for a bigger room... Such a bait and switch. It seemed like a scam they run often. I wouldn't pay so they told us to come back later. Fine. The rooms are big but lots of little things are bro... read more

Very nice hotel. There are Hallways smell like pets. Have to pay for parking and hotel store is expensive. There is free breakfast. Has 2 restaurants attached to hotel. A pizza place and sandwich place. They also have Krispy Kreme donuts that can be purchased at front desk. The store items in hotel are paid for at front desk.
