一泊の出張で、空港近く&シャトルバスの頻度が多く&朝食付きということで、利用しました。 全く同じ金額の二重請求があり、ホテルに電話しましたが、起きている事象と異なる回答、話の途中で電話を切る、マネージャーにつなぐと保留し6~7分放置、とあり得ない対応をされました。 メールでも問合せしており、そちらで解決できるとよいのですが、返信なく半日弱経過しています。 立地や部屋は良いのですが、サービスが悪く、再訪はありません。 朝食会場は寒かったです。
just spent a very painful week at this hotel. It was such a very poor experience that I have to share. - hotel only offers house keeping every other day. But even then they wont show up to clean your room. For the week we were here they only showed up once. On our housekeeping days, we would call or go to the front desk to confirm that they would clean the room.. And when we got back and the end of the the day... room was untouched. Great hotel, spacious rooms with many eating options in the area. I had a 4 day stay and it was great, the staff were very friendly. Betty who is a hostess in the kitchen was exceptionally professional, courteous, and sweet. Always welcomed me and our team with a smile. I recommend this hotel.
It was nice to have a room that was basically the size of a 2 bedroom apartment. The breakfast was also nice and plentiful. Location wise, it's great if you have a flight the next morning with shuttle service available. However, the room did have some problems. The bathroom sink was clogged and the pullout sofa bed had lots of stains and was worn out. I would say that these issues made the stay quite average.
