Hotel was modern yet homey, very clean and our room was quite spacious. Staff was nice and friendly. I didn’t partake in the breakfast but the little coffee bar was great. I was impressed that they had pitchers of milk, cream AND Soy milk! I will definitely think about staying here again.
Well my trip to the New York State Sheep and Wool Festival is ruined. Residence Inn Kingston informed me 2 days before my resrvation that even though I had a confirmed reservation for 5 months, that my room is no longer available. I was informed that the hotel was oversold. Of course, this close to the festival date there are no rooms available anywhere. How could it be that MY RESERVATION is the one that got bumped after all these months? Could it be because we reserved months ago with Travelocity at a cheaper rate? FAIL. I... read more
This hotel oversells rooms for New York Sheep and Wool and then cancels reservations that were made and accepted months in advance. I will never stay here again nor recommend this business to my friends.
Happy Hour is great. Breakfast also great. Rooms are soooo comfortable.
Wonderful place, I had a studio and it was so clean and spacious . Loved staying there. Free breakfast and mix and mingled food nice touch
Very beautiful and comfortable room staff very friendly and accommodating, would love to return and stay again
