Recommendedthis was one of the best places I have stayed. very clean. staff very attentive to our needs
Very disappointed. I usually love staying at this hotel due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and cleanliness. I definitely expected more during a pandemic. The shower was full of hair when we checked in. The toilet was not clean. Had to do more than just the usual wipe down and sanitize and fully clean the room. Pictures shown are of the vents and trash pails in the room. Pretty disturbed at the lack of commitment to cleanliness that Marriott has been promising.
Had quite a few issues and we were told we would get at least a $50 price reduction and that was a lie. Blood on the pull out, looks like someone spit on the wall, dog hair all over the pillows..what appeared to be pee all over the front of the couch. Food grumbs all over the couch area. The room was definitely not clean.

this hotel may look nice but behind the looks this hotel is not worthy of any stars , extremely rude especially the managers, and very unprofessional , wouldn't stay here or work here ever again !
