The location is nice and being downtown makes it even better but the down side is parking.... Not enough for a hotel that's 6 stories tall and it's very frustration to be told there is parking in another location to find out there isn't.... Breakfast on the other hand gets 2 thumbs up, nice variety and EVERYTHING was kept stocked by nice and courteous staff.... Although we got placed in a handicap room (not sure why, but could have been due to checking in around 11 pm ish) it was still a nice Queen Suite with full pull out s... read more
The entire building is spotless clean. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and professional. A special shout-out to John in the lounge. A very sharp bar tender. Ask for him when you go.

Location location location rm#229 was dated old worn furniture in the main room, kitchen appliances needed replacing, the toilet bowl was cracked on the inside, the bedroom was a notch up - almost like night and day. The Staff was outstanding and parking free for that area was greatly appreciated. I'm sure they just had not put rm 229 in queue for the makeover. Based on the price point I would return regardless.
I think that it is an old but cozy place. People are wonderful. I'd like to mention Jack and Ashley from the reception who are very professional, kind and helpful staff. Also the rooms are maintained spic and span and has all amenities to get you through your stay in comfort and elegance. The kitchen staff and the housekeeping people need a special mention for their diligence. I would most certainly come back as often as I can. Great place �
