no matter which one of these RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA WE HAVE STAYED IN THEY HAVE ALL BEEN THE BEST PLACE BY FAR THEN ANY OTHER HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. IT IS SAFE TO SAY BUT I WILL NOT STAY IN ANY OTHER HOTEL UNLESS IT IS A RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA. THANK YOU for your good customer service you're beautiful rooms you're outstanding breakfast and friendly all around room service.
this is a wonderful Hotel they treat you with the best respect never experience this level before the people at the front desk the people in the kitchen the people that take care of your rooms they treat you with the utmost dignity and respect and I appreciate that so much — with Barbara Hamilton Fitzgerald.
Excellent, newly remodeled hotel! we have stayed at this hotel for 25 nights over the past several years. It is always comfortable, quiet, and very clean. It feels like a home away from home whenever we vacation in Kansas City.
Everything is great so far, the only bad thing I can say is that they advertise an indoor pool, but don’t have a pool.
This hotel is like a home away from home. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I’ve had wonderful interactions with Craig, Scott, Brandi, Kenny, Heather and so many more. The exercise room is the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire staff does an incredible job of making your stay as easy as possible.
Lots of construction, but that wasn't too bad. Front desk lady was very rude when we came in after a show. Two of the ladies I was with took a cookie off of the complimentary tray and this woman proceeded to tell at them and grabbed the tray, put it behind the counter and started talking about my friends. We also had to make 2 calls to the front desk due to noisy neighbors. The first time they didn't send anyone up, the next time a security man came up and knocked on their door. It was after 1 am.. Under construction and we were not informed when we booked it. The fitness center was horrible and the front desk was in a closet that was a disaster. I wish Marriott would let you know when you book that it’s under construction so you can book somewhere else if you don’t want to deal with it. Especially when u expect certain amenities like a fitness room and business center. This is the second hotel in 3 months that has been like this. Thumbs down to Marriott.
Love love love staying here! Happy hour/dinner night is amazing and the food is always sooo good!
