Stayed her for an extended period of 8.5 months due to a fire. The staff here was beyond amazing - from front desk to housekeeping to engineering to anyone I failed to mention. The entire team is friendly and always asking how things are. Any reasonable special request is filled. The Mixx evenings are a great chance to mingle with others who are staying there. On Christmas Day our son stopped by to drop off gifts to us at the hotel. We were in our room and he brought his dog in because it was freezing outside, The dog was in our room maybe 15 minutes and they left. We were charged 115.00 to clean the carpets and room after we got home and saw the room charges! Seriously? I plan to contact corporate. So glad I tipped $20!
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. They are pet-friendly and made sure we felt comfortable having our dog with us. The accommodations were clean and up-to-date. When in the area, this will again be our choice!
