I had a horrible experience at this hotel! We got bedbugs at this hotel. When I reported to the manager that my daughter was covered in bites, we were dismissed. The manager, Deidra Davis, said that we must have brought them in and asked where we had come from. We drove from our home in CT and most certainly did not bring in the bugs. They took out all our things to be "cleaned". They dumped 5 trash bags full of our belongings into our room - a couple of the items were burned.
