Great place to stay
I couldn’t sleep at all. The trains running right outside my window were loud enough to destroy any chance of rest. For a Marriott, that level of noise is unacceptable. If you build next to a train station, the rooms need proper sound insulation. Extremely disappointing stay.
Nice rooms but the bad thing bart passing by very close
I have stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott numerous times, but this was my first stay at the Walnut Creek location. After what happened, I can confidently say I will NEVER stay here again. My husband, our three kids, and I stayed for one night. We paid $35 for valet parking and trusted that our vehicle and belongings would be secure. The stay was fabulous, it was a second home at the time. Valet was amazing, especially Brian & Mathew. Brian opened my door every time I arrived & he cared about his customers. Great customer service. The complimentary breakfast was lovely. The cleaning crew was also exceptional. Thank you all.
