Had a lovely stay at this hotel, nice rooms, good service and breakfast. The breakfast food was good, but served in disposable plates and single use plastic cutlery, I wish they did not use plastic. The light switches in the room had lights in them so hard to sleep with all the light in the room. It was within distance of the BART station and a lot of good restaurants, very convenient.
Top Location and friendly staff
Nice stay here
This is your typical Residence Inn and sadly one of the nicer, newish hotels in Walnut Creek. The problem is the noise. It is loud from Bart and it is loud from traffic in the main street. There is no escaping the noise. At best, get a Mount Diablo facing room. You will still hear street noise but better than the constant noise from Bart. Rooms are typical Residence Inn. Nothing outstanding. Definitely some wear and tear.
The Valet's were very friendly, kind and helpful. All the staff was. Enjoyed our stay very much
