The valet service damaged my car on the right-hand side and is now stating that the damage did not occur while it was in their care. I am confident the vehicle was not damaged prior to drop-off, as the extent of the damage would have been immediately noticeable. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled. I booked this room for my brother, who lives in the area, had an emergency in his home, rendering his home inhabitable for the night. I called the front desk staff to coordinate the 3rd party check in, and they were wonderful from start to finish, making this a seamless transaction for me. My brother and his wife also commented on how helpful the staff was, assisting them with their belongings, making an easy check in, and providing them with a wonderful stay. A little bummed you have to pay for valet parking. But otherwises, it was an enjoyable stay. The room was fantastic with its own kitchen.

Cannot say enough kind things about the staff here. In particular, Mina, Loida and Esayas always go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The warmth and attention to detail never go unnoticed!! As for the rooms, they are always clean, cozy and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. If you are planning a stay in Walnut Creek, take this is a sign to book at the Residence!
