Excellent property and really nice staff. Our issue was with some of the guests that stayed during Memorial Day weekend 2026. There was a baseball tournament in the area so there were kids and parents staying. They were an absolute menace: kids running across hallways, playing in the gym room, swimming, all without parents supervision. We never had problems with Marriott managed hotels. But Residence Inn by Marriott Saratoga Springs really impressed me by A+ service in all hospitality areas. The personal was extremely polite and attentive. Rooms were super clean. Breakfast was very good with variety of foods (eggs, waffles, yogurts etc.) and drinks. The location is very quiet but close to all attractions and eateries Thank you Residence for our great stay!
Neat and clean
Melissa one of the many front desk workers was absolutely pleasant,helpful and incredible just a pleasant and friendly person. Every staff interaction has been 5 star. They even have a self serve beer bar as well as a wide selection of breakfast items from 6am to 9am. Bob the General manager I met briefly and you can tell he really cares about the guest experience and about the renovations that they're doing. Highly recommend staying here while in the area :)
Came here for one night when we first entered our room we had realized they had not given us the room we had originally prayed for, small mixup and was fixed. When we had entered our new room we had smelt a bit of smoke like we were in the city.. not very pleasant. As the night progressed things got worse and worse the toilets did not flush, there was already trash in the trash cans, and we noticed stains on the chairs and on the beds, I mean who would want to sleep on something that had not been cleaned?
