Room, service and breakfast are great. Here on business for a few months. No WiFi in room/building A. Spoke with front desk and they said someone was coming out today to fix. On business, there is a need to file expense reports. Review emails, etc and doing so in the business center is not something we can do. There are about 25 of us here that need to be able to use WiFi and this is unacceptable unless it is fixed quickly. Follow up....as of 2PM, wifi up and running at good speed! Thanks Residence Inn. Room smells like an ashtray. I talked to the front desk and all I got was "most we can do is have someone spray it out tomorrow."
