Rick and Michell are great. One of the friendliest staffs you will meet. Rick does a great job with the staff.
Every other hotel said they would take my two dogs but not my two cats, residence inn came to my rescue.
We love this Marriott Residence Inn... Good location and rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable, pillows not so much. Good shower water pressure.
We drove in late at night on the way to smoky mountain np. The room was ready and clean. The breakfast in the morning is well supplied. We were in need of nothing before heading on our way again. Appreciated the convenient location near the highway too.
Recently stayed at this Residence Inn again for one night while on a road trip between North Carolina and Texas. The location is just off I-40 and close to shopping at Turkey Creek, Kroger, Starbucks and more. This hotel is usually busy on weekends and can be sold out, so we recommend reserving in advance.
