Worst experience. Very very poor internet. Worst service addressing the issue.
Asked for the bill electronically - staff forgot / neglected to send it. Took me days to get the bill and get reimbursed.
Forgot my gold chain in the room ,after check out called the front desk to see if they found it with out even consulting the room cleaners ,they informed me they found nothing. Looks like someone stole it .This was very prestigious to me as it was given to me by my late mother.
I'm a pilot, and I stay here quite often even though I'm based in the NY area. It is my FAVORITE hotel in our system. The rooms are fantastic, you get a kitchenette with a stove and a microwave, full size fridge, plates cups pots and pans There is a grocery store under the hotel. You are SET.
Hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. Staff was good. But the breakfast was horrendous... We were served "frittata" bites in HEATED plastic; i.e. Marriott wants us to eat BPA & toxins for breakfast...? Also, the packaging shows that there are almost 30 ingredients for a simple frittata? And there were no silverware, forcing us again to have to ingest microplastics... Come on Marriott!
