Horrible management! Just came into new management which I heard caused all of the staff to quit. Robert the GM was the new management and within a week everyone has quit. Really says something about him.

I think outside parking lot areas need more light, I had to use my flashlight on my phone just to see where I was walking to. Parking was hard to find, but that happens a lot at hotels.

Updated Review (9/2025): Just checked in again. After last year's stay, we wanted to stay again! Looks like most of the staff is still here and they are already taking care of us like family. We've stayed in many Marriott locations and we still highly recommend this Marriot Residence Inn location! Original Review (11/2024): We spent a month in this hotel and they took excellent care of us!!!! Clean rooms, nice breakfast, great staff, quiet, convenient location - everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

Our dog needed emergency surgery, and we had to drive up to Ft. Collins from Albuquerque. We needed to make an emergency reservation at 1:00 am and had the great pleasure of speaking with Kim, who was so helpful in getting us set up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We expected a mini fridge and hot plate in the room and were happily surprised to find a full kitchen, which was well-stocked.
