I am not the type to leave a negative review. But feel this one is very necessary. First off, parking is an absolute nightmare. The hotel lot overflows into another business and if you are parked in their lot past 7AM, you’re going to get towed (this one is more understandable) They allow you to park on the street. The location to where I needed to work was perfect, but the room itself was not. The size of the room was good and it included everything needed for a longer stay. The problem was the cleanliness. The carpet looked as if it had not been vacuumed in weeks and there were ants in both the kitchen area and the bathroom. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, but the state of the rooms just overshadowed that. The kindness was appreciated, but I would have also appreciated having a properly cleaned room.

The hotel seems outdated and dirty. The back door into the hotel facility does not work when using guest hotel key. When we checked into our room, the bathroom was missing the bathroom door. We changed room and noticed the hall does not look like it’s been vacuum in days. Our room was also dirty. The comforter was stained and looked dirty, including the fitted sheet and one of the pillows. A loyal customer should not have to deal with this level of discomfort when checking in at 10:30PM.
