Hotel was nice. Typical breakfast and it was especially nice that they allowed dogs at this visit. The surrounding area as a pond and nice place to walk if it wasn't single digit temperatures. Staff was friendly and they shoveled the sidewalks first thing in the morning. I would recommend.
We just stayed there this past weekend. We flew into Colorado from Michigan early Friday morning, check in wasn't until 4, we stopped just to see if we could check in early and Linda the manager let us. The room was great, breakfast was good, had a good variety every morning. We found a window in our room was broken, Linda gave us the option to change rooms, we opted to stay put and she sent someone to look at it. Everyone we encountered from management to housekeeping was very pleasant. Thank you for such great service!!
Great location, but the hotel is severely lacking. Chipped paint on walls, worn out cabinets, dirty rooms. We stayed for three days and not once did I see a housekeeper. I had to call down to the front desk for toilet paper and fresh towels and when we came back to the room that wasn't even done, so I had to call again. On the last day at the hotel they had no TV. Sad and extremely poor conditions for the price of the hotel and no offer for compensation.
Breakfast was small, pool was under renovation when we went but there was nothing on the booking website about that. Room had a kitchen and bed was pretty good.
