experience EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! | ARRIVED LATE AND I DID NOT BOOK MY RESERVATION FULLY, THIS DID NOT MATTER TO FRONT DESK REP. SHANA WHO WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH! NOW THE ICING ON THE CAKE... MY CAR HAD ISSUES AND IT WOULD NOT START UP...NOT 1, Not 2 BUT 4 PEOPLE CAME TO MY RESCUE UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF! I DID NOT KNOW SERVICE LIKE THIS STILL EXIST ANYMORE! THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING, THE ROOM WAS FRESH AND CLEAN AND THE BED LINEN WAS VERY COMFORTING. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!!!!
The hotel itself is fine but the lack of customer service and accountability is insane. I came there for my daughter’s birthday and upon waiting in the breakfast line my daughter was pushed by the employee Ben. My child didn’t get an apology at all and when I addressed this with the manager her response was “what you want us to do? Send him home? We need breakfast line workers”.
