Room keys had to get remade twice in less than 9 hours. Breakfast was coffee and brisket and gravy only. Room was 75 degrees when we arrived at midnight on November. Set to 65, when we woke up it was 72. No shampoo. Internet did not work.
Rooms are ran down not very clean dog hair everywhere in the bed pulled out the sofa bed and dog hair and crumbs underneath hair on the shower walls
Service staff were great but didn't want to leave any impressions of more than a one star stay. The AC barely worked for the first few days but in the middle of the night the unit died making a horrible screeching sound. The room had a funny odor to it. There were brown clumps in the dishwasher that I can only imaging were mold or rotten food. The dishes stuck to each other, probably a symptom of whatever was going on in the dishwasher.
