Woudful place, friendly staff,great location and my dog loved it as well!!

Staff were friendly and accomodating, the room was impeccably clean and spacious, and breakfast had lots of options. Best hotel yet!
From the time we made our reservations while driving and having the cell service go in and out, to the time we left, we were made to feel completely at home. The customer service skills of all the employees we came in contact with was beyond exceptional. The facilities were immaculate and had all the amenities one could ask for. Totally satisfied.
Unfortunately my rating as of last night went down substantially. No management on staff at 7 pm on a Saturday evening of holiday weekend. Unacceptable. My room was never cleaned. I've been staying her for over a year once every two weeks and currently hold a platinum premier status. No recognition . Hotel was noticeably dirty this visit . Hallways not vacuumed, elevators filthy. Heads up.
