The staff has been fabulous during my 2 month stay in Dallas. Always cheerful and helpful. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the fact that while they have upgraded their TV's to ones with internet options, I am now on week 2 of no channels on the set and today don't even have Netflix to help. While its no fault of the staff, it is ridiculous that there is absolutely nothing on the television. They keep saying someone is coming to fix it but they never come. This place fells and runs like a motel. We are displaced during a remodel of our home. The staff are attentive, but can only do so much... We have been surrounded by constant annoyances. The equipment in the rooms do not work all the time. (aka. fridge / ice makers) A property wide construction has caused headaches and inconveniences with paint and debris all over cars. Room maintenance is below average... and with guest above us thumping all night with little sleep, I find it hard to recommend this place. :(
Very clean and quiet. Staff very nice. The gentleman that checked me sorry I didn't get his name was very helpful and Accomadating.
Run from this place because its outdated and need to be shutdown for renovations
This will be my go to hotel for Dallas. Crystal is awesome!
The staff is absolutely wonderful! They go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of! The manager, Michele was extremely nice and helpful! The GM, Hank was very helpful. The rooms were nice, roomy and clean! Nice breakfast daily! Lots of extras! By far my favorite hotel in Dallas!
