Brand new renovations. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Only downside was the “heated” pool was cold and staff wouldn’t address it
Room service didn’t show up for 3 days despite requesting the front desk multiple times
The team and staff at Residence Inn Bellevue are great. They go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend.
We stayed here for two nights with our 8 year old son. He absolutely loved the room and the pool. He asked if we could move in! Im actually shocked by some of these other reviews. The hotel is clean, decorated nicely and best of all the beds and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast, coffee and water with fruit in the lobby was fantastic. We ordered a burger and salad from the bar one evening. The staff was all very pleasant and the parking garage felt very safe.
The first time I stayed here was wonderful; I had great service, the room was clean and spacious, and the location ideal. The second time I stayed, it was an entirely different experience. When I went to check in, I realized I had lost my wallet. I offered to show them my reservation in their app, digital ID, a picture of my driver's license, and even exchange phone/email messages to confirm I was who I said I was.
