The things that are important to me when I stay at a hotel are (1) the speed and reliability of the Internet connection (2) shower water pressure (3) usability of the desk/chair (4) breakfast options. The Internet in this hotel was fair. I'm not sure I'd trust it for an important video call. Shower water pressure was not great. The hotel staff was AMAZING! I stayed here for weeks due to work and do not regret it. From front desk (Ana and Ann) amongst other front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance men. They were all helpful. Thanks again for everything!!
The rooms are studio type apartments, but the spring mattresses are very very old and we couldn’t sleep properly coz of sagging which goes 6 inch Especially with little ones. Overall facility was well maintained but need to improve the beds they are outdated.
Nice hotel - clean, nice staff. Breakfast buffet included rice and steamed veggies, which we loved!
