Place scam cancelled three days early due to my family was sick told me if cancelled I'd get my money back 24 hours been week haven't heard anything called all do lie my cousin booked room at cheap hotel got his money back in 2 days this ridiculous they lie steal here

My wife and I have stayed at Marriott facilities 100s of times over the years and having just returned from a 2 night visit at the Marriott Courtyard Medical Center, I will never stay at another Marriott again. As most guest at the Marriott Courtyard Medical Center, we were not there on vacation but to visit the MD Anderson Medical Center, which we knew would be a taxing experience. Ihave stayed at this hotel several times. In July 2017, I returned to my room to discover ants had invaded the room and the entire king size bed. We had to sleep on sleeper sofa pullout until the next day. The hotel did not charge me for my entire stay. I was satisfied, but had the creeps the next night. I stayed at this hotel again because I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. Do not stay in this hotel unless you would like to be charged fees that you did NOT authorize. I was charged a $250 fee for smoking in the room and I do NOT even smoke.

This is the third time we have stayed here, the staff has been very helpful and the food has been great, I have read lots of comments about fees and it doesn't matter if you here or at some other resort place in the world, every place has fees someone isn't happy about. The views are awesome, the stores have things you never thought you needed till you went in them. I would stay here again and again.
