My stay was short but very nice. The staff was amazingly friendly, breakfast was very good. I was there for a meeting and the room was perfect, large enough for our group with room to move around. Very easy location to get to. Room was nice, and clean. Thank you

Airport shuttle driver was rude and left without me AFTER I had confirmed pick up time 3 times.
The suite was very nice, clean, and spacious, the breakfast was great, having our children's tablets stolen from our room put a damper on the experience ....
A great Hotel with excellent staff! We had a lovely room for ourselves and our teenage kids, we had a Suite with two bedrooms which was perfect. The Hotel staff was most courteous & even had their shuttle bus at our disposal if we needed a lift anywhere. The Hotel did not get a 5 star from me as the Internet is terribly slow and you can only have 3 devices connected at extremely low speeds and with two teenagers that was not at all good! Just spent two nights in this hotel and I'm super pleased!! Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, and very pleasant staff! I came with my son and his girlfriend and we we're upgraded each night we stayed! I will not stay anywhere else in KC!
