From Fanny at the front desk, to Pam Putnam, who cleaned my teeth, to Dr. Bahl, who dropped in for a quick examination of my teeth, all were professional, warm and friendly. Not only did they answer my questions, but they were informative about procedures as well. I was very satisfied with the attention I received.
Everyone is always very friendly. When I checked in a little early, I was told that I had to get new x-rays. I went to get x-rays immediately so that they could be ready for my cleaning appt. Pam is always great!
Great Experience Overall.
My last two visits, my dentist has been out of the office. This time another dentist came to examine my teeth, but last time I didn't even see a dentist. I would appreciate if you called me in advance to let me know my dentist can't examine my teeth. I've had experiences when the dentist identifies problems that the hygienist did not see. I found it disappointing on a previous visit when I wasn't even seen by a dentist.
