I came in to have floss removed from between two teeth. Dr. Iverson not only removed it, but also was friendly and gracious and gave me some Superfloss to try out. There was no charge for all of this wonderfulness and I really appreciated it!
One never knows how a chosen professional will suit one's needs until an emergency arises. While I had liked Dr. Vanzina very much at my initial appt for preventive issues, this appointment, with a more acute problem cemented my respect. She was thorough, articulate and kind. As a cardiologist, I much admired her explanation of the emergent issue and the plan to resolve it. And she remembered my personal story, my daughter and the friend who referred me. Very compelling.
As always everyone in the office is professional, courteous and friendly. I would and have highly recommended this office.
I was really happy that the hygienist started on time and that I did not have to wait long for Dr Scott to examine me after the hygiene appointment.
I have always had a great interaction with Dr. Iverson , Kelly, and Pam.
I was very happy with the visit. In question four, it was only 15 minutes late.
Dr. Steven Keller is great!
Unfortunately, I don't floss. However that shouldn't negatively impact my experience. I was told that if I'd floss regularly, my cleaning wouldn't hurt. It may be true but I feel like I should be entitled to pain-free dentistry no matter what my floss situation is. Granted, the cleaning visit didn't hurt too much but I could do without that statement.
