I love Dr. Keller! He really knows his stuff!
Dr. Keller and Maria are both fantastic.
I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit, my first to Palo Alto Dental Group, and so was my wife. From reception to the dentist and hygienist, all were professional, and friendly as well.
Thanks to Kathy the hygienist - who has consistently given me good advise and encouragement.
This is a superbly run clinic. I have been with them for years, and have yet to go through a bad experience. The hygiene appointments begin within 10 minutes of the agreed-upon time. There is no pushing for income-generating procedures. When an intervention is in fact needed, the reason is explained clearly. The staff deals with the insurance, and the clinic clearly coordinates their pricing with (at least) my health care plan. Kelly Chavez was,as usual excellent Terry, at the reception desk is always pleasant and knowledgeable
I always feel comfortable when seeing Dr. Keller and Maria Gomez. They are friendly and professional and I appreciate their care.
The hygienist kept me relax while cleaning my teeth. She was very positive.
