My longtime hygienist has retired and this past appointment was with Ruth. I was very satisfied with her work.
Everyone was so very nice and accommodating, from the lady on the phone who got me in the very same day, to the second lady who told me that the office had the antibiotic my doctor insisted I used before any procedure, to Dr. Keller who personally dissolved the medicine for me, to the nice x-ray lady who was so patient with me, to the cleaning technician who explained the new regime I need to stick to because of my knee replacement. Excellent care. They only do what is necessary to keep your teeth healthy. They do not push expensive treatments just because your teeth are older and not perfect.
Dr. Kono is an awesome dentist and a wonderful human being. I felt comfortable the minute I met him, Now my son also goes to him and he as happy with Dr. Kono as I am.
I saw Kelly K. for my regular 'prophy' treatment. I waited only a few minutes, and everything went well, as usual. Kelly accommodates my mild disability, is thorough about looking at my mouth, and is full of tips and tricks to get me to take better care of myself. She and the lady at the desk together checked on my future appointments and made new ones as far out as they could go. I'm always happy to come.
Love Dr Kono and it was a great first visit to a hygienist for my six year old daughter
