My visit with Dr. Kono and his staff is always warm and joyful. Dr. Kono has helped me and my family for years and always knowledgeable and open to what feels comfortable for the patient. His staff, and hygienists are kind and gentle. On my last visit, Dr. Kono's nurse anticipated what I was feeling and set me up before I even asked. It was so nice to know that she understand my feelings and thoughts.
Always appreciate all who work at Palo Alto Dental Group. Everyone always so cheerful, professional and accommodating. Dr. Keller and Maria are fantastic!
Arrived early for a teeth cleaning but was able to be taken in early due to a late opening. Tech did a good job of keeping me calm during the procedure (I'm not completely at ease anytime in a dentist office).
Hygiene visit went well, hygienist was knowledgeable and proficient. Dentist came in promptly to look at teeth. All staff were friendly and professional.

As always, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and professional. My hygiene procedure was comfortable and responsive to any observations I had regarding my teeth history during the past six months. The examination of my mouth by my dentist was professional and effective at finding a small cavity and an appointment was made making the repairs to the wood. Overall, I am very happy with the service that I received.
