Koi is an excellent hygienist.
Cathy is the greatest. I ask her a couple questions at the start, and she talks to me though the entire visit -- it really takes the edge off of the things that are happening in my mouth.
I arrived early, checked in, received the time for my next appointment. I was told to wait upstairs, which I did. The hygienist came in a few minutes after my appointment, and when I got home, my wife said the office was looking for me. I wasn't lost.
I have been a patient of the Palo Alto Dental Group for several decades and have received outstanding care. I highly recommend Dr. Bahl and Maria for their skill, thoroughness, and warm "chair side" manner.

Emily had an appointment with Dr. Vanzina on Monday 9/17 to discuss Emily's gums issues. Dr. Vanzina is the best dentist. She always takes time to answer questions. She explains things clearly and completely. I am also a patient of Dr. Vanzina. Her dentistry techniques are amazing. She is caring. I had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Vanzina she has always been careful and I always walk out without any pain or issues after the dental work. For ten years, we have been so grateful for the care from PADG. I have developed a true friendship w Trish, my hygienist. I actually love going to the dentist! Also, for the care of my children; thanks to Dr Bahl for making wonderful recommendations to orthodontist at the perfect time!
I have only the very best things to say about the entire practice.
I didn't appreciate waiting for 25 minutes for the hygienist. However, Dr. Keller's visit was prompt, friendly, and professional.
