Preparing for a fitness competition in Vegas called Hyrox and James was awesome for our team for hydration. I would highly recommend reset and ask for James he’s the best!

Thank you for being 24 hours!!! And Rafael was an absolute gem!!! I had a very hard night of abdominal pain and frustration because I couldn't sleep, but wasn't sure what to get or what I could afford. Rafael kindly answered my middle of the night call, patiently answered all my questions, and showed up at an ungodly hour to help me.. (ty again Rafael!!!!!) PLUS, my dehydration caused my veins to be very weak, but his skill and obvious experience had a viable needle in me within seconds! That's a first.. 5+stars, for sure

Horrible Service!!! No show, and completely ghosted by the Nurse!! I have a stomach issue and it flared up while we were in Vegas. I became majorly dehydrated and was experiencing muscle spasms. I made an appt with Reset IV and I was notified that Raphael was my nurse and that the earliest they could get here was at Midnight, 6 hours from the time of booking. . Called at 4pm and scheduled for 7:30pm. No showed. Maybe an honest mistake but disappointed.

Communication is terrible. I scheduled an appointment relying on this iv, and then they got back to me 10 minutes before my appointment and said he can't come until 1am. I believe he took a different client after confirming with me because they were going to pay more.... really screwed me over and now I am stuck feeling like crap
