Great building, OK people I lived in the building roughly 2006-2008 & the building itself is spectacular, you can't beat the high ceilings or the location. But the price has increased by several thousand since I moved out & unless they've changed parking policy they do not in fact have covered parking for every tenant as advertised. They make the lower paying tenants park across the street and down the block in an unsupervised, uncovered parking lot & reserve basement parking for upper tier residents. Thank you for your review of our community. The spaces are quite beautiful and unique given all downtown has to offer. Our lofts have 17 foot high ceilings and are wide open space, perfect for creative minds to really make their own. However, your review is a little confusing since half the information is not correct.
