Very Nice Place We lived here for three years and this is a very nice place to be. We can say maintence is really helpful, there was no time that we called that they didn't come the very same day and fix the problem. The gate was not always working, but still a safety place to walk around, and enjoy the different amenities, especially the pool is really nice, also the gym, pool table, etc. Managment was also helpful on our situations along the way, always trying to find a great solution. We recommend this place to everyone!!... read more
Outstanding They take care of everything that is needed. They did bring in garbage pickup for everyone but didn't tell us they were charging us $20-$25 extra a month for it and we have no say in the matter.
Century bartram springs Great place to live. Gated and very nice pool area. Location is out of the way enough to not be crazy but close enough for shopping and daily needs. Been here 2 years and about to re up for another. Only downside at all is railroad tracks running along the back side can be loud but it does not bother us really at all. Plus the price for the area is hard to beat.
