Animals are allowed so early in the morning your neighbors are out walking their dogs and in the evening you will see a lot of dog walkers who will greet you with a good evening and your dog is so cute! Verified Renter Love my neighbors and the staff. Also love my apartment. My current rating is 3 stars because I’m disappointed in the general up keep of the complex. Dead grass for over a year, it’s in desperate need of power washing, buildings and sidewalks, rusted rails…. With all of the brand new beautiful complexes popping up everywhere with very comparable rates…. But again, the staff is great!

Best Place to Live I have lived here for three years and can say that is the best apartment complex I have lived in. That’s saying a lot! Management is top notch and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any problems. The community is safe and gated. RBS feels like home and the management treats us like family! You cant ask for much more than that!
