My apartment #1022,... (Verified Renter) My apartment #1022, was reasonably sized. I would not recommend the 3 flights of stairs. I also didn't like the stove, because it wasn't self cleaning. The apt could be dark on cloudy days, I didn't like that either.
The changes that... (Verified Renter) The changes that are being built in front of the community is causing and will cause more traffic. I believe at some point a traffic light will need to be installed to avoid traffic consumption and accidents.
the apartments fit... (Verified Renter) the apartments fit the purpose since I have move into three different plans in the past four years. I loved them all. However this one seems to been rushed in preparing it before I moved in. The neighborhood is wonderful especial for a single or elder person like me. The rent is a bit high for a senior citizen who lives on a fixed income, but I understand.I may have to move next year when my rent goes up and my income will stay the same. I would Defintily... (Verified Renter) I would Defintily recommend this apartment community for that fact that it is a quite and safe place to live. It has a positive and friendly environment.
Stay away Apartments are poorly maintained, you can hear your neighbors all the time. Getting maintenance to your apartment is nearly impossible. Cost of utilities is greatly inflated. The complex itself is always under maintenance or construction, so don't expect to be able to use any of the facilities on a regular basis. Someone runs a garage out of the complex and you always have random cars coming in and out. Finally broke my lease rather than continue living here.
