They are the best staff i ever encountered i my new home
We have been here over 15 years,best office staff ever,those ladies are like family to me,they do SO much for a fun setting,I recently enjoyed taco Tues,and the crawfish boil on 6-11 was the best,great music,food,fun...Thanks Reserve Team..
I've been here for a year and a half...since I signed my new lease in February for the new unit I haven't had any of my work orders completed. The management team well some of them are friendly...but still don't know why I have no dishwasher...why my AC unit doesn't run well...and why my oven turns off randomly while I'm using it! My balcony has no roof on it! It's been like that since I moved in...they r quick to collect their money but can't fix what I am paying for!!!!
Nice on the outside but my friend has mold in his apt and has reported it in writing and it's going on 4 months and not one thing has been done lol we even showed pictures
It was a nice place to live. Staff was very nice and helpful
Very nice place, breath taking lake view, huge parkind lot, very clean surrounding, i love it and ill stay untill my first house. Wasn't too happy with the old front office people, just got a letter that GrayStar Management team taking over.....I'm quite excited, heard lots of good things about this company.
Excellent property, awesome lake with good fishing too and a pool with a lovely view. Office staff is nice, and work with you on any issues, and the Cares Team is on point with their community events!
