This place suck don't live here I was there visiting someone in their gate closed on my car and scrape it up really bad. The gate was open I was unable to see any signs. The manager says to me. The sign is on the gate so how do you supposed to see your sign when the gate is already open. They refuse to pay for my car to be fixed. I think it's a shame when someone comes home to find mess on their patio from the Gardner. This is a reflection of poor management. Management should've sent someone to clean the mess up immediately. When you please the residents they will refer people to the property. Sorry you lost me a further resident.
