I would give 10 stars if I could! The onsite manager, Carmen, is so kind and helpful. She makes the application process and move in very smooth with no bumps in the road! I am a returning resident because of her and the location/complex itself. Amenities are great, neighborhood is very walkable, close to downtown and close to freeway entrances.
Fantastic community here at The Reserve Walnut Creek. We moved from a 3 bed to two and very happy to remain here. It’s a very quiet clean, tranquil place and very friendly. I would highly recommend renting here at The Reserve Walnut Creek if you want a quiet, clean and friendly community. Carmen provides fantastic customer care and José in maintenance can literally fix/help with anything! Stuart
Carmen is outstanding and really helped with our move, we have been here for 1 year now and just switched from a 3 bed to a 2 bed, process was seamless. Looking forward to many more years here!
Carmen has been excellent throughout our time at the Reserve. She’s incredibly approachable and always easy to talk to. Anytime something comes up, Carmen does her best to ensure everything is taken care of. This makes the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free.
