Update 9/3/26: gate and grill still broken Update 8/7/26: gate and grill still broken I’ve lived here since 2018 with a mostly positive experience. Carmen & Jose do what they can, but need corporate to step in with a few items. The complex is in dire need of a new grill, the car gate has been broken for a few months now and the buildings would benefit from some touch up of paint and building numbers.

I’ve lived here since 2018 with a mostly positive experience. Carmen & Jose do what they can, but need corporate to step in with a few items. The complex is in dire need of a new grill, the car gate has been broken for a few months now and the buildings would benefit from some touch up of paint and building numbers. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to wait until we had lived here for a while to make sure I could give a completely honest perspective. My spouse and I have lived at The Reserve Walnut Creek for almost two years now, and we have absolutely loved our time here. The location is completely ideal, it is right next to downtown, a park, the library, and great coffee shops.
