I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to wait until we had lived here for a while to make sure I could give a completely honest perspective. My spouse and I have lived at The Reserve Walnut Creek for almost two years now, and we have absolutely loved our time here. The location is completely ideal, it is right next to downtown, a park, the library, and great coffee shops. I’ve lived here since 2018 with a mostly positive experience. Carmen & Jose do what they can, but need corporate to step in with a few items. The complex is in dire need of a new grill, the car gate has been broken for a few months now and the buildings would benefit from some touch up of paint and building numbers.

I would give 10 stars if I could! The onsite manager, Carmen, is so kind and helpful. She makes the application process and move in very smooth with no bumps in the road! I am a returning resident because of her and the location/complex itself. Amenities are great, neighborhood is very walkable, close to downtown and close to freeway entrances.

Fantastic community here at The Reserve Walnut Creek. We moved from a 3 bed to two and very happy to remain here. It’s a very quiet clean, tranquil place and very friendly. I would highly recommend renting here at The Reserve Walnut Creek if you want a quiet, clean and friendly community. Carmen provides fantastic customer care and José in maintenance can literally fix/help with anything! Stuart
